This is Wilson's more control-oriented version of the popular Sensation string. Sensation Control is an arm-friendly multifilament, ideal for players looking for the playability of a natural gut but who don't want to break the bank. Compared to regular Sensation, Sensation Control has added LCP Ribbons in its construction, making it slightly stiffer than regular Sensation. This means it's going to feel slightly more muted and offer more control from the stringbed. It's a great update to Sensation for the big-hitting modern game!
The string is targeted toward players at all levels who normally play with a polyester string, but who seek the additional benefit of comfort normally associated with multifilaments. According to Wilson, Sensation Control provides the arm-friendly comfort, feel and power of multifilament, but with a crisper feel.

"As with all our multifilaments, we pre-stretch strings between 5-10% during restringing. This additional process will ensure that the string bed tension remains consistent over a longer period and thereby increase racket performance".
